How
does it work?
The Virtual Fence training system
has 3 components: an emitter, a spray receiver
collar and an antenna (buried wire around established
perimeter). The emitter is plugged into a regular
household 240 VAC power outlet. It generates a
low frequency radio signal that is transmitted
through the buried antenna. As your pet approaches
the buried antenna, the spray receiver collar
will pick up the low frequency signal. The collar
will at first emit a warning beeping sound to
let your animal know it has reached the limit.
Should he continue on, he will then receive a
brisk spray of citronella.
The Virtual Fence Training System is not a solid barrier.
The system is designed as a training aid to remind your
pet to stay within set boundaries.
