Legal Capacity
Goods on the website are only available for sale to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. They are not available to:
- persons under the age of 18 years
- persons who lack the capacity to enter into binding contracts
- other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts
Prices
ABS reserves the right to amend, from time to time, prices of products and delivery and other charge displayed on this website.
Title
ABS retains title to the goods you order and title only passes after full payment for those goods is received. ABS can retain or resell any goods, until title passes.
Warranty
ABS does not offer any warranty on products above any given by the manufacturer.
Disclaimer
While information displayed on the website or given by other means such as telephone, fax or e-mail is believed to e accurate and current, it is provided by ABS on a “good faith” basis only. Neither ABS, its owner, or any employees or agents make representation or warranty as to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the information provided.
Limitation of liability
ABS will not be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages resulting from use of the website or inability to use the website, even if ABS has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of profits, loss data and other intangibles
- costs of purchasing substitute products
- costs or damages resulting from related to any products purchased or obtained
- messages received or transactions entered into through the website
- resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data
- resulting from or related to any information contained on this website
Any imposed liability shall be limited to re-supply of information or goods.
Disputes
By using this site you agree to be bound by Victorian consumer law and that any dispute that may arise will be settled with the Victorian jurisdiction.
Return Policy
Risk
All returned goods are at your risk in transit and losses often are not covered unless you make special arrangements with your carrier. ABS recommends that you consider registering and insuring your goods before consignment, for return to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are lost in transit and not received by ABS.
Money Back Guarantees
Some products are offered with a 10 day trial. These trial periods and guarantees are offered on a joint responsibility basis, whereby purchasers agree to follow manufacturers’ instructions and carry out any training included in the instructions, over the prescribed period.
Defects
If, within 14 days of delivery, any item purchased from ABS is found to have manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, ABS will exchange or repair it.
Please ensure the following:
- you contact ABS prior to returning the product to advise details
- goods are returned in original condition with their original packaging
- goods are accompanied by your original receipt
- goods are not damaged in transit
- you pay for return delivery costs
Please Note: If upon examination, the item is found not to be defective ABS will return the item with delivery being at your cost.

Please do not return non refundable consumables such as batteries, citronella cans, used batteries, collar straps or unspooled wire or ANY CITRONELLA SPRAY PRODUCTS.

Please note: It is not legal to send pressure vessels (including citronella cans) by post and doing so may lead to prosecution by Australia Post.
